just because someone else "drive alot worse than me" doesn't equate to your driving being 'good'
here is somthing that you should read

it agrees with what "whiteM3" has said above, read the attitude part more than anything else

I like old cars wud never sell my bm for a saxo have u drove one of those???
One thing we all agreeing on is we dont like 30k corsa'a lol

Dubholic, you do sound like a complete barry boy,

however we have all driven hard once or twice, so i think we can chill out a little.

As for the cars you claim you have beaten, i doubt it very much.

200sx (240bhp) vs 318is(140bhp) approx same weight = byebye IS

Rs1800 more power less weight = bye bye IS

As for the golf gti ,its dependant on engine mk2 8v(these are not quick) yes, 16v no way

maybe xr4i but they are slow as hell any way.

All in all, get your self to a trackday, then you'll relise how poor your driving really is.

i didnt say i had beat the 200sx it beat me by a car length which aint tht bad as i got a 1.8, i thought the rs1800 wud beat me but i drove my mates one and maybe his is jus slow but i wud beat him. as for the golf dunno wat v it is.

guy's
guy's
guy's

this is not good

we have plenty of members
who do drifting on public roads
and having the odd squirt on our crappy public roads
but these long standing members dont get this criticism
why should Dubaholic be treated so different?

at the end of the day
these antics are illegal on our roads
and if somebody wants to take the risk of getting nicked then so be it.

its not our place to judge

can we give it a rest
or this is going to get locked up

I love the way you chavs are proud of missing out on a free general eductaion.

I guess your only real stress is signing your name after a long queue at the dole office.

That and choosing between Buckfast and White Lightning.

Blah blah, we have all been there some time so why lay in to him?

Lets face it hes a fellow E30 fan, who isnt cruising the streets in a done up saxo with neon lights.

The IS is a fun car, much better than the standard 1.8, and quite nippy, although not quite as fast as you say

If your out for a bit of a race then dont do it in built up areas, too many people! (but im sure you already know that  )

Fair point, If you are the only person at risk and you are that way inclined, why not? after all a few police officers have been caught lately doing triple figure sums whilst off duty! and its worth mentioning that they got off!

Perhaps it is a bit harsh.

But he doesn't seem the most educated, bragging about racing in town on a public forum isn't that wise imo for two reasons:

1. If barryboys.co.uk big him up it might encourage said person to do it again and maybe kill someone.
2. Less importantly to me... He might get done somehow in the future and this gets used as evidence*spooky smiley*(highly unlikely i know)

And as for the 200sx that was nearly held, HAHA :D

It's the immortal attitude that deems it aceptable, I have an issue with. There is a time and a place for it and residential areas is not it. Irresponsibly taking bystanders lives into your own hands should not bet met with passive acceptance. I'd like to see you post that if you lost someone to speeding drivers.

Did you not see the post with the link to where him and his kroozur m8's decided to pelt the police with coins etc??

I wouldn't consider someone who deems these actions as acceptable to be my peer or my fellow. Hell, he drives a neon saxo in spirit AFAIC.

The dillousion about speed reinforces the kids general ignorance to his car, other road users and the general public. Even a strong stance such as my own is met with a Dominant Heganomic attitude, "That doesn't apply to me". So showing quarter will be interpreted as an indication his behaviour is acceptable.

I don't wish to be tarred with this idiots brush and feel as much as I may be reprimanded for my opinions on this fools acts, he too should be censored for posting such trash that may associate by his confessed illegal activities. Hell even the law agrees with my stance. I'm sure the internet is full of cases where these 'kroozurs' have had their cars confescated. I can't see what the zone will gain from being associated with these activities.

The subtleties of gentle rhetoric are wasted on this 'yoof', even after a more blunt approach, he fails to see the consequences of his action. I'm just grateful I have no friends or family in his area.

I've seen them seriously lay into speeding drivers over there, I doubt there'd be any 'bigging up'. Unless I misunderstand?

No i didnt see that link. Sounds like the sort of people who need a good kicking in to be honest.

To be fair my post inst really representative of my views, i was just stopping people ganging up on a zoner, its happening too much at the moment, but i totally take your point, and yours is the correct point of view.

People racing in towns etc as if to say 'look at me im impressive, i can use my right foot' really piss me off. I always want the lights to turn red so you could go and bash come sense into them.

Stories you hear at school etc of people boasting about drink driving etc really pisses me off also. A simple comment of 'so you are boasting as you drive dangerously and endanger lives' usually makes people a little quieter.

Ramble over.

Exactly. They're against the whole alleged 'illegal street racing' scene. Keep that rubbish on your playstation. For the most part, barryboys is populated by a core of well informed people who understand this activity should be confined to regulated areas, ie: tracks.

My bad, never looked at barryboys before. It's the complete reverse of barryboys that i was on about. A illegal cruise site is more like what i meant.

With the name I just assumed it was a boy racer site.

Agreed, they love this sort of thing on 'krooz' sites. It goes with their complex about being persecuted by the police for anti-social/illegal activities. Morons.

Under 18's don't pay tax.

Your posts are a good place to start. ASBO contenders would be another good description. How about people associated with Kroozurs?
