Ive got a Black 325iSE. Its got some rust where the wipers sit. Some of the metal has rotted away, as the car hasnt been driven for 5 years. I need some help on weather I can fix the car ? Im afraid the water may have damaged something else where the metal has rotted away. Oh yeah the wiper stick to operate the wipers has borken off ! Can that be replaced ?

replace the whole panel! cut out the panel, and replace with another one!

check below for further damage and you should be okay!

Remove it and replace with an unbroken one!!! Should take all of ten minutes.

The holes near the bottom corner of the windscreen appear because of shrinking sealant inside the pillar leaving an area of barely protected steel permanently wet because of capillary action. The rust doesn't normally spread very far.
