I always wanted to get the checkered flag decal on the front bonnet, but I wanted it to be subtle...after searching forever, I eventually managed to find someone in America who made them 8O ....the choices I had was: (1)in the M-Tec colours....(2)in black 'n' white.....(3) in black or silver carbon fibre....I decided to go for the black carbon fibre as it would look nice and subtle on a black car  .....I then decided to only get the front one because I felt that by putting one on the boot as well it might look a bit too much :? it took 2 months for the decal to be made and sent out but it finally arrived 8) and then I wasn't sure I'd be able to get it on right :( ....but I gave it a go :D and it turned out ok :? ...well atleast I'm happy with it anyway winkeye took me 2 days to do it as it takes ages positioning them squares, moving them again and again and finally get the air bubbles out 8O towards the end I realised that I got the positioning wrong a bit  and thus I couldn't fit the 2 last sqaures towards the front of the side section :( but never mind....I'm happy with it as is  here are the pics.....opinions welcome ...the front evo chin spoiler + splitter should be ready to go on next week as well

It looks good m8.

So it came as individual squares rather than a body wrap?

Do you think it would be ok to polish?

dips... :D :D :D :D don love smileys :D :D
camshaft...it did come in a body wrap which is how I fitted the first part on the bonnet...but when it came to the side...the body wrap doesn't handle the curves too well :( so in order to avoid loads of air bubbles and constant re-arranging...it was easier to remove the individual squares from the body wrap and stick them on one by one(hence my little mistake towards the front  )...once you've done the bonnet, you've gained some experience in doing them and you also now have a guide to follow for the side...hope that makes sense winkeye

Cool - so can it be polished? Would you end up with a white edge?
