thought it was about time to get that bloody manifold sorted. it chuffs from cold, and if i were to go downhill not using any accellerator the wind would cool the manifold down enough to make it chuff again. but was fine once warm..
so called sutton rebore. they managed to drill the broken one out with the head on the car, and put a new stud in
but then the last bolt i was tightening when i had put the manifold back on, i stripped another thread. was no prob tho, he drilled the hole, re-tapped it and helicoiled it with the manifold in place!
came to the grand total of Ԛ£58 - they were the easiest two studs luckily tho.

now im looking for the inner arch of the passenger side, the wheel just catches it on full lock and sounds dirty
