I have a quick question, has anyone fitted polyflex anti roll bar bushes and did they notice an improvement in handling and did you suffer any side effects when fitted. Noisy or squeakie or harsed ride once fitted.

This is to go on a E30 323 '85 with Koni Shocks & Eibach springs, but standard roll bars

i dont my rear yesterday

i dont think you will notice a huge difference just with replacing 4 ARB bushes (front + rear)
but if your bushes are fuckd then i would only replace them with polys.
yes you do get a little more noise, but they are self lubricated (like a johny) so if anything they help eliminate creaks.

all depends on what your going to use your car for. if your making it fast road then all good.
but if you take your granny to bingo every weekend then i wouldnt advise it.
but if like me you do occasionally go up to the yorkshire countryside and take her for a spin then it may be wasnt the best idea... she used to love my motor aswell...

I think the polly bushes on ARBs are a must!

Ive not really noticed any extra noise or adverse effects from fitting these.

Fitted them to my e46 front and back (along with front wish bone bushes), much, much more feel through the wheel. The whole thing feels much smoother now. Put plenty of copper grease in the friction area and they will be fine. Mine don't squeak at all.
