If I buy a 1989 325i SPORT and do only 6k miles every year back and forth to work, will I be able to insure the car on a classic policy?

Any recommendations?
How much will cost?

Yes , you will be able to insure on a classic policy. Shop around i have a one off combined policy which covers me for my daily driver (pug 306 TD ) and my BM , but obviously both cars cannot be driven at the same time. Im insured with Lancaster classic insurance. But i would suggest shopping around.
There are a few different companies around. For my policy which covers both cars i paid Ԛ£330 last year.
Obviously postcode and driver age make a difference to cost.
Im 38    so its cheaper for me. !!

Yeah I've sinned!
But I've seen the error of my ways. I used to own a Lachs Silver sport, since then many other Beemers. But none were ever as good as the SPORT!!!

Some insurance companies will only insure your car as a classic if it is garaged :? and you have another car for everyday use....

Got my first ever insurance policy with a company called Peter Best on the GT6 when I was 19.

Everyone else wanted about Ԛ£1500 or Ԛ£2k, they relieved me of Ԛ£209!

Worth a try! :)

I think the biggest problem is when it's your only car and everyday drive, that's why I gave up, you should be able to get better than that though Squeal.

Its through peter best, Yeah when i took the policy its just classic and the value stands and what you agree, i think over a certain value you have to get someone out to agree the value
