Was browsing when i came across a site which says i can find any fault in any e30 from 1984-1991. i have done the procedure where you push your foot down on the gas pedal a few times, can't seem to get anything to work? am i doing something wrong? and where is the check engine light, i own a 325i..am i going crazy? need zoners help

only works on US cars afaik. I have carsoft and a daignostics lead etc to do my daig work.

you dont really need anything like that for an E30, esp. an M20 lump! there pretty basic, so fault diagnosis isnt too hard, even for the amateur mechanic

It does work on UK cars, but you need to wire in the light itself. The ECU does provide the output, but for some reason BMW never wired it in on UK (or Euro) spec cars.
