i noticed that takes the shine out of the crystal at the top having it smoked. i want a set.

That cars not mine, so not a clue how it works but by the look of it, he's used the original bootlifting arms, just made up a different bracket to bolt them to.

I think it's all in the back rail, has to be spring loaded or hydralic.

actually surly a hydralic boot lifter from another car would work in it's place, if it were strong and long enough
