Tim, if I recall correctly your inner ones looked pretty shot.
Reckon you could be into £500 for both innner & outer done in one shot, maybe even more. I'm afraid I don't know any bodyshops in your area, but best to start taking a trip round a few and getting quotes & views. Bodywork is a nightmare as the bigger bodyshops which do a lot of insurance work are likely to be expensive and it doesn't necessarily guarantee a good job. Similarly the smaller guy with a pretty grotty looking setup could be cheaper, yet there is a change of a crap job, equally to him being superb and doing it for the love of the job.
Recomnendations from people who know a good job when they see it goes a long way

iv got a place in mind. better go up there tomorrow and see him.
Yes you can - any steel fabricators should be able to do it/get it done for you. Couldn't tell you how much thoughe30bmlover wrote:i got a plate welded in the bad one. it stopped the water from getting in. but now its time to get them done properly. can i get the new arches inner+outer galvanised before they are put in?
i have had an offer that i may have to take up in the future, guy i know is a welder by trade , he said if i can find a beyond repair shell he will lend me the plasma cutter and we`ll go have the arches away he will then weld them in , all sounds a bit dodgy to me but he assures me it will work , and much better then shaping steel
