Which is the correct first aid kit to have for a 1990 E30 3 series? There's lots advertised on Ebay (mostly E46) and the others never seem to state if they are appropriate for an E30.

Also, is the 318iS model included in the standard E30 owner's handbook, or would I have to get an E46 handbook to cover the iS engine?

Any advice much appreciated. The site's brilliant: a bloody godsend!

My owner's handbook (01 41 9 782 621) covers the 316i, 318i/touring, 318is, 320i/cabrio/touring, 325i/cabrio/touring, 325iX/touring, 324d, 324td/touring.
First aid kit is a dark grey rectangular box on all my E30s.

Okay, thanks for that, I know what to bid on now. I guess the green first aid boxes must be from the later models then. Cheers.

is there a specific place for the first aid kit or does it just go in the glovey/boot/door pocket?

more than likely, my plastic tray sits inside the space where your battery is. maybe the 1st aid kit sits in that :?

they do yes.... as each of the bandages etc have expiry dates after which they may no longer be sterile!

Nothing to do with it being a sport! All the 325i's with the battery in the boot, would have had the 1st aid kit sat on top of the battery cover.

Battery is in the front, pretty sure they've got a lump of concrete in there somewhere though!
