Guys I just found out my car driven at constant speed of 80Mph for half an hour suddenly develops slight hesitation. When I slow down to 70Mph it runs fine.

Could this be a fuel supply problem. I am thinking to buy a PBV http://www.fuelsystem.co.uk/pbv.htm

Do you guys think this should solve my problem?

Or am I looking at changing my aging fuel pump?

any ideas?

tnx

Do you have a cat and 02 sensor fitted ?

if so the 02 feedback could be leaning the car right back on cruise hence the lean feeling hesitation/flat spot, has been described as a small stutter too in the past.

Avoid those "boost valves" like the plague, 1.7:1 rising rate= overfuelling on accel, and everywhere else dude

Yes I do have an O2 sensor, but no CAT .

Ant thanks for the reply mate, the last time I did ask you, have you taken in to consideration the O2 sensor when programming the ZONE CHIP you sent me. You said some thing now I cant remember well

So what shall I do?

tnx ANT

Remove the 02, bung the hole and try again
