BP have been selling fuel on selected forecourts with 100+ octane rating for several years now. My local one does, and my M20 325 has been running exclusively on it for about five years. Doesn't increase power in the slightest, and it won't on any engine that isn't at least fitted with knock sensors.
Nothing will be gained on any standard E30 engine by using fuel above 95RON.
Only way a different fuel might give more power on a standard E30, is if it had a higher calorific value. Since the E30 has fixed fuel maps and no feedback, that would make the mixture richer to give a mixture closer to max power rather than min emissions.
