I do, with Lancaster insurance. The only people that would insure my cab with an agreed value and 12,000 miles a year. Other peeps on here use them to I think?

Hi

I have 'classic' status on my 1990 325i Cab with Carol Nash. It's a limited mileage (5,000) comprehensive policy. I have yet to take the pics and stuff for the Agreed Value bit.

Remember, it must be a second car to qualify.

I use Carole Nash for my E30 M3 vert.....classic car insurance, 1500 miles per year limit, fully comp with 3 points on my license + my other half on the policy and it also has full breakdown cover in the UK + Europe....all in for £360 with an excess of £150  They check various companies and give you the best price, just remeber to give them a price you would be happy with when they ask you what's the best quote you'vre had so far  Only thing they insist on is that you have regular use of another car to qualify :?

Indeed I have found Lancaster to be inexpensive and helpful - their site is a breeze to get a quote on also.

I've used Carole Nash as well, and also AON who were similarly good.

Direct Line gave me my full no claims on my 325 as I have on my main car, so the insurance dropped to £235 fully comp with £150 excess. May be worth a look.

I went with Carol Nash for the Six.

Wanted agreed value of £12k which they initially agreed but then changed their mind & said £9k as that was the highest price for sale at the time. Pointed them to Munich Legends where I got mine. They had a few starting at £13k up to £24k. Carol Nash agreed to the £12k value after that.

However, I don't have a lot of confidence in them after that.
