could get onto the police
selling stolen goods?

surely what he has done can be classed as deception

although saying that the police probably wont do a thing

Rightly or wrongly, the police will see it as a civil matter.

I posted last month re this guy. Won an auction of mine and did not pay "because I am working out of the country and don't have credit or debit cards".
Ran out of patience and filed a dispute with ebay to which he didn't reply (surprise).
Closed the dispute and he received an unpaid item strike and guess what?
He emailed the next day complaining and saying he was sending postal orders, and guess what? No postal orders.

The guy is a total wanker!!!!!!!!

If someone fancies throwing him into the boot of their car and bringing him up to the midlands I'll happily have my turn with him. :D

Hokay, now that we're getting all pissed off...

Same thing happened to me & he's registered here. I PM'd him about it & he made out that it was all a missunderstanding... I replied asking for my money back (well only the Ԛ£15 that i was out of pocket having claimed from the post office actually!) or at least an admission that he was at fault to paypal (so that they could reactivate my account), & surprisingly I haven't heard anything since.

He's registered as "stuartforrest": http://www.e30zone.co.uk/modules.php?na ... ile&u=3882

Beware, anyone in Scotland (Falkirk)! I'd appreciate it if he received the same lack of help etc that our friend Mervyn looks likely to get...

Hmmm, I like the idea of a little drive down to ramsgate (thats a lie, it's a shithole) and pouring a bag of sugar in his fuel tank, with a tampon for good measure.

Just sent 'Our Merv' a message on eBay

"You've got some cheek pal! How can you advertise MY spares for sale with your car when you haven't even paid for them yet?? We're onto you mate! This issue is not finished by a long way. I recommend contacting me urgently with full payment for my items (Centre Console and Electric windows "ready to fit") There are a lot of unhappy E30 owners out there at the moment and your name is going around."

Lets see where that gets me.

you should go on www.moneyclaim.gov.uk
cos even if he has to pay £1 a month that will mean he has a ccj against his name, and even if hes a day late you have the legal right to send the baliffs round!!
