Posting photos to the Zone

Could someone please tell me in detail the best & easiest way to post multiple images onto the zone.
I have posted many images to the site but only in ones & twos.
I want to post about 70, after trying for many days now with the “help” of AI, & being locked out for many days, I’m at the end of my tether.
What is the best way?

It`s been an issue but only for some people ,myself included.
