When the e30s came in to the grounds in tandem that’s when reality hit home for me and his young boy James following his coffin down the isle was devastating.

Seeing young James walk in was a tough part for me also, knowing how close they were. James was his favourite topic of conversation.

I thought all the Stead’s were amazing on the day.

I only heard about Steve's passing a week ago and am still reeling from it. He was one of the people I was hoping to get back in touch with. He was a great guy and such a personality with fantastic knowledge, He helped me through a tough time with compassion and humor in just the right places and his comedic bluntness brought me much joy especially when you used his voice in your mind to speak the words he wrote.
It sounds like you helped give him a good send off but just imagining his little boy there brings a lump to my throat.
