I’m in the process of restoring a 2dr manual 323i (Nov ‘83) and have finally turned my attention to the suspension - which after 10 years sitting motionless in a basement do need some attention.
I’m looking at the recommended Bilstein B4/Eibach setup which I need to source out here in Asia before getting a competent mechanic to install.
Man wot sells Bilstein says rears are BNE-1981 which is simple enough, but there are two flavours for the front, PNE-3049 and PNE-3050. RealOEM gives the part number 31321135892 which I believe translates to the 3050s. Am I right? Or do I just take it to a shop and have someone look at them before buying?
Also, if anybody knows of the right reference for the correct Eibach Pro springs that would be lovely. Ta.
