i don't know if it just how it is made, but if it helps,
the gaps in the H are squarer in the original on both sides.
the corners of the left side of the "hole" of the A should be square and the same with the E
perhaps Raul can answer if the cutout on the right side of the R should have paint behind it. it does not seem so from his photo but would be good to confirm
to be honest, if this was away from an original, then there would be no issue as it is so close. to get to this stage is stunning already!!! well done mate![]()

Hi guy`s , just a small update to the situation.
My badges have now become "official" at work and are due to been worked hopefully next week and, we have a cost as well and adjustments have been made to the badge taking on board your cracking comments.
The price will also include really great packaging and postage (to be signed for ) but they will not be painted . This is because I don't know what I`m doing with painting items for someone else. For myself it would be OK but I do not want the badges to be tainted for lack of knowledge.
For all of this I think a fair price of £75 all in would be suitable so please let me know by pm ASAP if your up for it
Also ....I will be popping the prototype badge on E-bay so I can gauge what response I will have with a view to making more and reducing the price per badge for each person.
I am making 12 up to press but I could easily do more depending on the response, but bare in mind I am footing the bill up front so please be serious.
Many thanks , Mart.

I'll take one pending pics of the finished article
Thanks guys , I now have enough orders to pay for the job at work (please keep them coming as I will make as many as possible ) so I will try and push to make them ASAP.
The first off is on e-bay mainly to gauge how many I can make in the batch but it also shows you how it fastens on the grille, might be worth a look .

How much are we looking at for 1 unit once done?

Hope this helps.martauto wrote:Hi guy`s , just a small update to the situation.

Can't decide if my touring needs this to go with the Hartge splits or if I'm being greedy

Right guy`s, I have made all the first operation on all of the badges yesterday and have also completed another badge with more improvements so have a look at the before and after picture baring in mind I have still a few very small details to correct but you may not notice them.(I hope)
The picture with the non painted one is what you will receive and it is media blasted for a lovely finish.
Hope you like the improvements.
Mart.

Thanks for the comments guy`s most welcome indeed!!Azmontana wrote:Hi Mart,
How can we take delivery of these now? Are you ready to ship? I am slightly confused what is the end product we will be buying? From your last post is it the third logo down? Thanks again. You've done a great job.
The first one without paint are the ones for sale and the third one is the same item but with a bit of paint on to show you what they look like.
I`ve completed them all to billet stage and proved out the program so now I can tell the guy`s at work how long they will take to make.
I will push to get them made ASAP and will let you know when they are made.
Many thanks Mart.

thanks hartgeh27 I tried to send you a message but it didn't work so here it goes:
when I went on the the e30 zone wiki it said there were a h26 and a h23 version of the 323i based hartge and they had had a cam in them with extractors and a few more goodies. how would I go doing a similar thing with my 323i auto by putting in a cam, long extrude manifold with "BBTB" throttle body, extractors whilst still running the stock internals and pre face lift jetstronic?

These are the two prototypes I have made that I have popped on the bay to try and get some cost back to pay for these being made but I will not ask for any monies until they are finished.
