Is it possible to upgrade the springs, due to slight cash flow issue I'm looking to make the ride stiffer for the track without having to splash out in Coilovers, fitting and geo.
Thanks
H&R Cup Suspension upgrade

Eibach are not progressive.
I have H&R Cup 60/40 on my Tech 1. I think it is a good suspension upgrade for track use. I use it on the road and it performs well when I go for it.
It corners pretty flat but has enough give if you hit bumps or in your case clip curbs.
The car also doesn't lurch under hard braking.
Consider renewing you anti-roll bar bushings at the same time.

My last few track carsa have had, AST2's, 2 Way Ohlins, Nitrons, KW Clubsports so maybe I'm just a bit spoilt. I currently have an adjustable rear beam that DanThe built and set up along with antiroll bars and Sparco front brace, suspension has been rebuilt with new components.
For example going round Agastini on Snett 300 I was slightly scraping the wheel arch liner when going for it.
The suspension is brilliant for road but just adequate for track IMHO

h&r cup kit is brilliant tbf, in addition to the cupkit, also got the h n r arbs on max stiffness, rpm strut braces front and rear, offset lollipop bushes, 36 rack, in addition to full poly'd rear, lets just say when the brakes faded on the nurburg doing about 110 and approaching a corner the handling was spot on! just stuck to the track and cornered flat around!
I'd agree they'd be good for the ring because its bumpy.bmw9818 wrote:h&r cup kit is brilliant tbf, in addition to the cupkit, also got the h n r arbs on max stiffness, rpm strut braces front and rear, offset lollipop bushes, 36 rack, in addition to full poly'd rear, lets just say when the brakes faded on the nurburg doing about 110 and approaching a corner the handling was spot on! just stuck to the track and cornered flat around!
