Hi,

One of my windscreen washers isn't working so after checking the usual blockages I turned the Washer T-Shaped Check Valve around and the other side started working.

It doesn't seem blocked so am assuming it is faulty? I am not sure the mechanics of how they work.

Am I on the right track and does anyone know where I can get one in the UK?

Are the metal clips that hold the pipes present on both sides of the T-shaped valve?

If the clips are there and the water doesn't leak out from the pipes or the valve itself, then could be just a simple matter of unblocking the washers?

Both metal clips are there and when I turned it round the opposite side started working so the washers aren't blocked.

This T is also a pressure relief valve, just out of interest have you watched it with the bonnet open? It can piss out of the vent holes on the T. One side is probably borked. As Sweep says, about 7 quid from dealers.
