other than fritz and theyre very expensive bits are there any other people/companies who can take on trusted good engine conversion work?

What kind of engine conversion? M20B25 in place of a M40B16, a twin turbo V12 into an E30, or something in between?
Makes a bit of difference to the skill level and facilities required.

apologies this was a bit vague... car currently has an m40b18 in it id like an m20b25 swapped in and im based in herts.
