Were Tech 1 steering wheels only an option on Tech 1 era cars? Therefore not to be found on anything around 1990?
Tech 1 wheels were standard fit on 318iS's so up to '91 on those.

I'm more concerned about how the new leather meets the centre & covers the "gaps" that make it clear it's a 370mm.
