I much prefer the Jimmy Hill, makes it look sportier.

To be honest, before when mine had the SE front lip, it used to look like a space ship with too much clutter.. much prefer the simplistic look of an E30 minus unnecessary body work. As previously said, all down to personal preference

I'm not a fan. I bought one for my convertible and it was just too much. So I sold it on.
JH's works better on a saloon IMO. On a convertible, I prefer the original flat valance look. But each to their own.

Thanks a lot lads two for, two against and some personal tastes
I definitely don't want a modified look but the fact that's it's body colour really appeals but without skirts or a different rear valance worried it might look nose heavy, mine does have the rear spoiler though

I must admit I was picturing it on a touring.

Prefer the original on a chromie. Think it detracts and looks non-standard.
I'm not a purist as mine has quite a few mods...just my opinion.
Nice car by the way.

Looking at the pics, and with the absence of any other bits of body kit, I'd keep the original.
I think the JH would look much better with side pods etc.
