Hi,im in the middle of doing a disc brake conversion on my pre facelift 320i,I want to replace the standard bushes with poly ones, question is which ones to go for, who do you guys recommend gor them . Cheers scott

Fitting poly trailing arm bushes is a very bad idea. They tend to slip in the mounts, meaning they don't offer the resistive tension that the rubber ones do. They offer no advantage, and considerable downsides compared to the standard bushes.
