Try and find another with similar spec in similar condition for less !
I guarantee you, the seller will have spent more than the asking price.
How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.

Thats the car, I will not take away from it one bit, its a gorgeous car. It will be interesting to see if it sells. If it was me though for that money I would much prefer a ropey m3 just my 2cents

Is that legal?

Yes. Side markers were not mandatory on UK market cars til '85 iirc. Many early E30s did not have them.
Thanks, Pete.pacerpete wrote:BenHar wrote:"Brand new wings (original BMW parts - complete with no side markers)"

It looked so good that I missed the 3 on the end.
D'oh.

A rolling shell maybe.
it'll carry a premium as in Ireland it will be tax exempt and I think that they have some kind of MOT exemptions and cheap insurance schemes too.
Its a very nice car, but the kit and upgrades actually devalue it in my eyes, to a serious classic enthusiast it needs to be the original spec.

Agreed on the most part, but looks so good in that colour and with that kit, maybe £5k-£6k would be a reasonable asking price (?), but its worth what someone is willing to pay for it I guess.stew72 wrote:it'll carry a premium as in Ireland it will be tax exempt and I think that they have some kind of MOT exemptions and cheap insurance schemes too.

Awesome looking car though, and I appreciate the amount of time, effort and money that has gone into it.

Thats a lovey henna model and after reading his build thread his price is not unresonable given the work that appears to have been undertaken.
The resto costs would be likely be more than the price asked.

Lots of work and money for it to stay standard would be a bit daft IMO
I'll check with the manager
