can i get peoples views on them..
i know it would probably be a waste of money but is there any power that can be squeezed out of them?

Also your best sorting all the suspension out first, i had a 325i touring with 280k on the clock that was very very tired and was scary in corners. i have a 318i touring auto with 50k on the clock and i can throw that in corners at way quicker speeds than any other e30s ive owned and handles superbly.

mines 165k, drives like new. fk shocks and springs, front and rear strut braces. drives superb..
could you point me in the right direction towards cams & such, not having much luck finding anything..

The above flywheel is bolt on however, you your probably best taking a used one to a machine shop
