New bumper, valance and lip trim at most? doesn't look much more than that!

Someone saves this, ideal project for a complete sleeper, or preserving as a completely original car, given a few more years, even if it is poverty spec, with the lack of rust free E30's and ones as tidy as that, the price will rocket.
