Most pannels are still available from BMW, but make sure you've got deep pockets.

Hardest part is tracking down a rear window surround and the rear window itself.

And then, if it's to be a fully trimmed road car there are several m3 specific bits of trim.

It's not something I would ever contemplate unless you have a complete but either rotten or bent m3 to take all the bits off. Of course you could stick on some m3 look fibreglass arches for a similar look, but anyone who knows what they're looking at would spot it was a fake from a mile away.
cheers,

harry

The boot/lid is much higher and therfore the boot surround/quater panels, C pillars, roof, front panels, arches...... look at the differences of a std e30 and an M3 in profile, it's not a std car with a bit of kit. It's a massive job to look anywhere near convincing; as Harry P says, there is a lot of trim and running gear take into account.
After sinking all their money into less than convincing rep and then not having money to keep the basics up to scratch, most people turn a perfectly nice well proportioned car into a complete turd that owes them big, in return for something that won't sell for love nor... well... money!

If its a mint shell as you say, why de-value it into an M3 replica? Keep it as a nice fresh 325i

An M3 is an M3....
