Will the e34 15" BBS centercaps fit onto e30 15" BBS?

diameter and pattern wise yes, I'm not sure if the depth will make the outer stick out too much, but the pegs which locate them within the centrebore would need some modifying..

Yes and they will look crap - like they are stuck on with silicon, which you would probably have to do

correct me if wrong, but e34 ones are plastic and e30 15" metal !

To fit these to E30 15" BBS, you need to cut everything off that sticks out of the back, and glue them in place.
Nothing wrong with the appearance of them when done, and certainly better than nothing at all, if you live in 'that' kind of area.

What size are the E30 ones?

151mm for 14" E30 BBS, about 170mm for the 15", and about 165mm for the E34 plastic ones.
