Strabge question i know but do the e30s have different thickness of glass??
Reason i ask is that last year my drivers window was smashed on my touring and so i got a replacement glass but when i jet wash it it lets in water a bit and also hear wind whistling through when i drive... There's no glass in the lining of the door, i've checked already
Are some windows thicker than others???

I've checked the wholesalers and there is only one thickness of glass for normal e.30's, although M3's were thinner.

You're not far away, if you want I'll have a look at it with you. I'm between Bridgnorth and Ludlow.

Haywood, you will need to adjust the glass using the mounts the glass sits in on the Mech....
Pete don't care about colour, He would shag a rainbow if he could find the end of it....

You're allowed you're misconceptions! Sad I know, but after 33 years fitting the damn things I thought I might help.
