I work as as service engineer travelling over the whole uk-motorways, a roads, b roads, country lanes. One minute I'm in southampton, then coventry, then cardiff etc etc and I think I have only seen about 6 in last few weeks, there are definitely thinning out, or as said are in storage ready for the summer.

I think I have the only one in stroud, gloucestershire.lol there's the odd one in the outer villages, but haven't seen any for years.

Hi mate, sorry I meant actually in stroud itself, but yes I suppose you are really. You might see mine in a few weeks, hoping to have it on the road middle or end of march. Just need to swap roof over from donor car, then pay for and fit cardinal red leather interior, put deposit down just have to pay in a couple of weeks.

Then after that may get tech2 full bodykit in april/may

We should meet up sometime when mines on the road.

What model is yours again? :)

There seems to be a nice looking touring turned up in my area. Looks a nicely kept one in Lachs silver with the M-tech kit on. Im sure it used to be caesarBobs not long back? Either way its a credit to the owner and makes a refreshing change to see an e30 around these parts. :D

Haven't seen any in the Belfast area in months, used to see at least 1 per day a couple of years ago. Getting thin on the ground :(

i'm working in barnes, south west london and i see e30's everywhere, along with X5m's SLS mercs and bentleys. I've seen all sorts, the best is a ratty granite H plate sport with a roof rack. Everyday he goes each way down the high street. Know that noise a mile off :o I must see 3-4 everyday up there and on the drive home. Surprised me at how many are plodding about up there still.

mines still a daily driver in standard form over the winter months! :)
Ok then, let's hear the merits of keeping a 20yr old RWD car with no traction control on the icy/snowy roads that are covered in grit from December through January.

This will be interesting.
It won't last forever going through winter after winter in the UK
In all fairness from what I gather, Tom puts in lots of elbow grease and preventative maintenance, a level of which would keep many more of the good ones good for a lot longer! Top man :D

Plenty around Hampstead/Belsize Park/Highgate area.. Generally north london pensioner spec too, factory standard, dealer plates and stickers, low milers.

Best two are a brown cabby on style 10s and a baur on zender 5 spokes

Most wrong-un points go to a mint moredoor on bottle tops with a two number two letter reg which is probably worth hundred times more than the car :)

There is a mint White cab rolling around my area, also saw a dark blue tourer that looked lowered a bit on 15" BBS on the a48 heading toward Chepstow with what looked like a biggish chap with a close haircut behind the wheel, anyone on here?
