thinking of putting some speakers in the foot well of my e30 as there arent any there and just woundering wat size are the best to put in there dont want to cut the panels either can anyone help thanks

5.25 inch are standard fit.

Try to avoid any that stick out at the fron or the standard grills won't fit flush.

I would go for a set of componets with seperate tweeters to create better staging, due to the standard positioning you loose a lot of the higher frequencies with coax type. I bought a set of alpines for about £40, not really suitable for use with amps but will do for running off H/unit for now.
