rear disc conversion

just wondering the best route to convert from drums to discs on a 316i?i saw a thread not long ago about using e36 trailing arms and changing to 5 stud wheels but just wondering what the other options are

Changing/swaping for a 325i axel to keep thing simple

Trailing arms of a 325 as said, as well as touring or iS. May as well use the ARB if yours doesn't have one.
