A pal of mine has me searching for a cab with the kit or a body kit. He doesn't do the Internet so he has me doing the dirty work and taking the heat.

I know most people are not fond of the genesis kit, I don't care much for it either but each to there own right?

When was the last time anyone saw a cab for sale with the kit or a kit for sale. I know you can get them for like £4000 from the like of autotintdesign, but in all fairness that is a little steep.

The sooner I get him sorted out the sooner he's off my case. I've put a Post in the wanted forum, just wanted to know how rare they have become.

As always many thanks in advance for any info good or bad.

Spacers as well; I'd imagine E30s handle like shite with the kind of wheels that would be needed to fill that gap.

Hi folks.

Bringing this thread back to life as we are on the hunt again.
We are looking for a Rieger genesis kit or a copy, or a convertible E30 with the kit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Lots of love BP

Thanks for the link but it really has to be a cab or a sensible price.

There was a green one for sale in London about a year ago. Looks like the same kit as bootymans cab as well.

Reiger kits are good quality. The bufties on here will find them nauseating, though taste is subjective.

Thing is with this sort of kit, it'll be a barryboys classic is corners are cut. Bootyman's cab was stunning. A meticulous piece of work and a genuine one-off.

If you don't have the funds to do it justice (I'm sure he spent £40k on the whole car), I'd run a mile. It's a big showy kit and needs a big showy wallet.

Front bumper is cool and it is an 80's kit, so contemporary to the car. The wheels don't work at all though.

As with most things, it was probably really cool at the time, but for me, well, its not my cup of tea.

Not mine either really. Reiger did an e36 style kit which wasn't too 'flamboyant'. Like a freshened up Tech 2 IIRC.

What happened to that rotten turd with the image splits?

Could be bought, kit cut off and installed plus you have some proper wheels.

Will look like a grade A tosser though, hope you never have to get into it!

Thanks for the info guys, the car in the link is not a Rieger. It is only a Rieger kit or car we are interested in.
I know the kit is not too every ones taste, if you look at the beginning of the thread we have already been down the road of mocking it. So please, turn it in, it was old the first around.
Regards BP
