The handling is perfect on original springs and new Bilstein shocks.

I would just like the front a bit lower, without harshness etc.

Springs or strut caps?

What softish springs would you advise?

It's my work car so nothing too hard!

Got B6's on.

I think Eibach is the way forward.

Got H+R coilovers on one of my cars which is not bad.

Spax I find a bit OEM

Might affect your insurance in an adverse way if you lower it.
Two headblenders, couple of bags of MC Hammer, 5 litres of FFF, a 48ft bastard, a box of jumped-up custard and some soggy chimps

That iS doesn't look to me like it's on standard sport suspension.
Maybe it's had the wrong front springs fitted somewhere along the way over the last 20 years.

I don't mean lower. It looks higher than standard 'sport.'

I put it on 205 50 15's
The springs have blue/green dots on so I think it is just the tyre profile

Mine measures 625mm from the road to the top of the arch at the front and 590mm at the rear.
The tyres are 205/55/15

Thank you!
61.5 cm front
58cm back.

I may lower it by 10 mm at the front and leave the back.
