Whats this under the rear shelf?
Moderator: martauto
I've removed the rear shelf as i need to change the rear speakers. With the shelf removed theres 2 ovalish shaped lumps of metal with hols one of which is threaded. What is this for?? its getting in the way of the speakers and i thought of drilling out the spot welds to remove it, thats if its not important?

What year is your car?
Mine 1984 is the same, though I have no idea what they are for.
