how easy is it to put e36 sterring rack onto a e30?

hi guys my steering rack needs replacing on my 325!

so was thinking of replacing it with the e36 option. is this a pain to do?

thanks for the link. answered my question ... not that easy but do able at the rite time. think i'l jst replace it with standard rack.
