Hi all please help i have bought a set of Borbet A's 9x16 et15 on the front the wheel is catching the caliper should i do? and what is the correct size tyre that should be on the wheel should it be 205/40/r16?

You will need some hubcentric spacers if its only brushing the caliper 2 or 3mm should do the trick, have a look on ebay. Your tyre size should be fine, there will probably be a bit of stretch with that width though.

thank you kemix it is not brushing it though it is quite bad at the moment the tyres it has on are 205/50/r16 but my car is quite low so that is the reason im thinking about the 205/40/r16

iirc its a 5mm spacer you need with 9j Borbets on the front.

Unless he has the wrong offset wheels, I think they should be ET15 with the 5mm spacers iirc.

Ive got a 3mm spacer (you can't get these hubcentric as they are so small) and mine clear the caliper by a couple of mm and i have a 60/40 drop on springs and shocks.

My tyres are 215/40/16 and sit perfect but may got 205/40 next time.

Loving the red tech2 on borbets, I would take the insulation tape off, it will look alot cleaner winkeye
