cheers guys, ill be posting up some photos as soon as i get it back,im having a nightmare with the garage, its about 99% done but getting them to finish the last 1% is dragging on a bit now, i had a debadged 1985 toyota celica before that had been cossie converted, and the looks on peoples faces as they where left standing by a 20 year old car was priceless, especially the older guys in their big bmw and mercs
i have one photo of the engine bay taken on my phone ,but i dont know how to host it,if someone pm's me there e mail ill send it to them so they can host it for me.

your car is going to have such a turn of speed Glen that it wouldn't matter if you put 325 on, it's still gonna haul ass and embarass many

i think im going to go with e30beemerlads idea of two small cosworth badges under the side repeaters and keep the rear end clean, ive just bought two "genuine" metal cossie badges of ebay for Ԛ£18, the loud hiss from the dump valve sort of gives it away that its not a standard engine anyway...

Hi, sounds like a good plan!
cosworth badge, i'd probably leave it off all together ;)
Was also wondering on the engine spec? you say "cosworth turbo touring...stage 3(330-340bhp)..."
What mods have you done to the engine to achieve this and who is going to be setting the engine up?

hi mate, engine was rebuilt to stage 3 spec (greens, 3-bar map, etc) with low comp pistons, new ported and polished head, wrc stainless steel head gasket, recon stage 2 t3 turbo by the same garage fitting it to my bmw, the engine was build for my last car, an 1985 toyota celica and had only done 90 miles since the rebuild when i wrote it of racing a motorbike last year
my aim is to get it to a reliable 400bhp, which will need a bigger t34 turbo and injectors, and to hopefully have it longer than the last one
the garage doing it has a rolling road to set it up just right.

i was on the phone to the garage today, it was fired up for the first time today
he says everythings fine with only a couple of minor adjustments needed..exhaust downpipe rattling of the steering column being the worst,so hes just got to wire up the rev counter and put all the interior trim back and its finished, ive to phone him tomorrow afternoon and all going well i will get it back ,i can hardly wait!!!!
