A previous owner accidentally left this in a 1965 Morris Minor I bought:

Along with a few boxes of other spares, including what look like Marina front drum brakes and classic Ford parts

I was fixing a car about 12 months back and opened up the glovebox to find a assortment of these....

Was funny when the owner picked the car back up as I was sure that we did not put them back the same way..
Also found 7 tubes of a white powder substance behind a door trim in a corolla rental car about 3 months ago... Guess the dealer forgot to retrieve them when he handed the car back..

2 russian strippers and a high up member of the polit bureau.
Was with a DJ friend in moscow for the night as he was playing.
They were waiting in a limo to take him off to a party.
It was something I will never forget.

Pack of 1991 'Home Alone' Panini stickers under the rear bench, not sure they count as history as such...
Two headblenders, couple of bags of MC Hammer, 5 litres of FFF, a 48ft bastard, a box of jumped-up custard and some soggy chimps

Reasonable doubt and then some, as long as you deny any knowledge or complicity to it and refuse to accept a slap on the wrist how could the cps justify building a case. A good breif will have you out in under 20mins flat.
It's no longer about right and wrong its about chance of conviction versus cost of prosecution.

I found a Nokia 3210 under the backseat of my H5 earlier this year. Charged it up, and the last text on it was from 2001

Checking out a leaking rear screen washer pipe at the tailgate hinge of a recently acquired touring, I spotted a wire that shouldn't be there appearing from the top of the C pillar with the pipe. and lying on the upper surface of the headlining.
Pulled the wire back, found wasn't connected to anything, so removed the bulb holder for the LH rear lamp cluster to see if the wire appeared there. It did, and disappeared behind the rear trim panel, so I pulled it out a little by the rear lamp and spotted a lead acid battery of the sort usually used for burglar alarm panels nestling behind it.
Did a quick check of the cars history to check that it wasn't a Northern Ireland import, and then carefully removed the rear panel to reveal the battery and a similar sized metal box next to it, both clamped neatly in place.
An examination of the box showed it to be a radio transmitter, with a long wire aerial - the car had been fitted (from new by the age of the technology) with a primitive tracking device.

JFC that's mental. How many 'dodgy' E30 drivers will be getting paraniod after reading that
We're probably getting monitored by the 'powers that be' now.

Broke an Opel Manta i got for free as a project .. don't have a picture of it complete but...it was rotten to the core, so...

I found i think around £14 in spare change left over in it, so i made money on it before i even sold the parts off
As for E30s, i brought a 320i more door auto chromie.. (ick!) at auction, and found it had a full dealer history!

I found a burst (quite large) bag of columbian marching powder in the wheel well of my E28 the day after buying it from some really shifty looking guy from a dodgy area who couldnt sell the car quick enough!
I scooped it all out and dissolved it in a bucket before washing it down the drains!

Surely that would've burned if it was between the engine and the cover ?tomislav wrote:I was working on car at a well known main dealer and took the engine cover off and something fell down by the radiator...

Nah, solid cannabis, the brown hard stuff, not green.
It was a fairly new diesel car with an insulated cover so doesn't get hot enough to melt solid... so i'm told!

This is no B.S.......We once traded a Jetta 1.6 in a place called Klerksdorp in SA. My ultra religious boss found a bank baggie (the little plastic ones) with 30K (SA Rands but still a lot back then) worth of uncut diamonds obviously smuggled out of one of the nearby mines. Being the religious fanatic that he was and being a good upstanding member off the community.....he sold them.

In my R5 I removed a sealed panel only to find a snail stuck to the inside of the rear quarter panel,it could only of got in there when the car was built,it either slithered in or perhaps one of our French friend dropped his lunch when chucking my car together in the factory.
The snail incidently had shrivelled up and now lives on the dash board

Something similar happened to my friend with his evo. Air con started rattling, when the dealership took it apart they found a family of snails in it and apparantly those types of snails only live in Japan.Jesus325iTouring wrote:In my R5 I removed a sealed panel only to find a snail stuck to the inside of the rear quarter panel,it could only of got in there when the car was built,it either slithered in or perhaps one of our French friend dropped his lunch when chucking my car together in the factory.
