Car went in for mot but failed on all four tyres, it's not legal to drive so was wondering if I could stand it on 4 mk6 escort wheels while I take the wheels for new tyres? Will the holes line up? Not being moved anywhere just need them
to stand on something. Cheer all :)

I believe the ford will be 4x108 so won't fit, but maybe worth a try.

If not, just put the wheels under the car and sit it on them

Will that not damage them as they are alloys? May be my only option.

sit them on with just one wheel nut?

Or use them as axel stands and put your spare on one corner!

have you not got a pair of axle stands and a trolley jack?

If so, as a temp measure put the front on the axle stands and just leave the trolley jack under the diff. It's a bit of a bodge, but if you just need to keep the car in the air whilst you go and get some new boots fitted to your wheels and so long as people are not likely to interfere with the car, then I'd do that

vauxhall rover vw all fit but you'll need 15" on the front if using vauxhall.
