My car is old (arnt they all) and needs a fair few clips and screws replacing, some due to them being so rusty as to be beyond saving and some are missing.

Is it easier to get from the dealers or is their a trader/shop on here that will stock them all?

(kidney grille clips, dashboard clips, various others)

Dealer still has all the bits you need, I replaced most clips/screws etc recently.

You need to check prices IMO, some normal self tapping type screws I nearly bought recently were over £1 each, when you need 8 its a no brainer

I agree with Dan - sometimes you go in and its very cheap - other times they pull your pants down for something you would think would be cheapish. :hump:

Its not the self tappers, its the metal clips for the grille (clamp 51 13 1872146) and a few of the plastic trim clips etc for the interior.

For self tappers its cheaper to go to b&q and get s/s packs.

Looking at bmminiparts and its cheaper than dealer for what i want :D

I usually fill my pockets with little bits like that when I'm at the local scrappy winkeye
It's one of the few that still lets you strip your own parts and leaves you to get on with it. winkeye
