What is the recommended oil and plugs for the M50?
Any opinions welcome.

Same here, BMW recommend 5w30 fully synth for the M52, which is what I'm using, would assume similar for the M50. I'm using NGK plugs I believe, can't remember the model number though, may be BKR6.
Think it's about 7 1/2 litres to fill from empty, I bought 10 litres of Shell fully synth and got violated for about £90

Who did that include a tank of fuel too lee. Dan what's the best oil for my motor matey? Fully sin I know but any make better/worse?
