There's one at the top and one at the bottom.

The bottom one is held down with the big spring and a plastic washer if memory serves, and of course the pipe is pushed up by the big spring.

It is very difficult. What you need to do is loosen the bolts off on the inlet plennum so that it can be raised. This may give you enough room to lift it and remove the pipe.

The tricky bit is getting the pipe back in place. The best way is to compress the spring with 3 small cable ties so it is not pushing against you when you put the pipe back in place. Once it is connected and plennum retightened you can cut the cable ties and spring will compress the washer.

Inlet manifold gaskets are fragile at the best of times! If you do that, there's a good chance you will solve one problem and cause another.
Take the inlet manifold off and renew its gaskets.
Cable tie idea is the correct way to get the pipe back into place.

Did this just the other weekend. Hold the manifold with one hand, hold the pipe down with the other. Put the manifold on and then locate the top of the pipe :)
