Gruppe A M3's seem to have gone up in value a lot over the past couple of years, although i know of a couple of decent ones for sale for just over half of the current bid. Saying that though, this is a very late car and was driven by the master himself so it will always fetch top money

its not that late a car,

the later ones had twin roll over hoops on the cage

I was looking at the engine rather than the car tbh mate, looks like a very late version and making 380+bhp makes it one of the more powerful units that BMW used

be interesting to see if thats the original engine as such.

the earlier cars were kept running thru the years and did have the engine upgraes of the later cars.

the cage design is the give away of what year it was

Thinking about it, I doubt it is the original engine, iirc Jonny Cecotto did not drive for BMW after 1990 (??) Either way though, a very nice thing to own
