That's a Baur-Kohl Coupé. 4 build, 3 survived.

Kohl is the largest BMW-dealer in Germany and had the idea off building a coupé (Targa? The panel can still be taken out) on Baur-basis.

Kohl is also the company behind AC Schnitzer (Kohl is in the city Aachen, which has numberplates starting with AC).

Cought fire, on the trip home after some-one just bought it.

Burned out: B45349, 325i
Black: B46470, 320i (now waiting for restoration)
Grey: B46489 (accident in end of the '80ies, rebuild as NFL. Now being restored to original with Hartge H35 spoilers as it had new)
Red: 47460 (Accidented 2002, resprayed in darkblue with Alpina frontspoiler).
