115 Votes and over half of you are wrong! I wonder how many would walk past a pile of free mint bottle tops to get to a pile of free 15 BBS wheels! Bottletops are $hite

I just voted that they are cool, and the votes have just even'd out 50/50.

I reckon they look really nice on any e30 (apart from the sports) that is well looked after and emphasizes "Factory fresh" or originality

This thread has turned into Bottle tops Vs. BBS!

The Zone amazes me. I reckon if there was a poll to decide if breathing were essential to life, there'd be at least 10 pages of bickering about it

Am i right in thinking that there are very few alloys of that era that were exclusive to BMW, and bottle tops are one of them?? BBS were fitted to Golfs, so i know they're not BMW-only rims... :?

Never mind about all that! Where did Barry disappear to from 10:47 to 12:18? To make sure his bottle tops were still stacked in his lock up so he could return the red chromie to it's rightful state maybe?

Or on the job? you decide.

I would be more inclined to believe the above if it was:

10:47:00s to 10:47:30s

i voted yes as for all the guys saying that alpinas are the best wheel for the motor only if you have a alpina or hartge . if you like them put them on cos when you have a dink people will give you a set not have to take out a loan , bbs are cool and quite common so these are quite cheep and there fore would be put on before the bottle tops but they are cool on the correct car .

now wait for the reaction  winkeye

PS The highlight of my week was getting the keys for a couple of hours to a scrappage 1 lady owner 60000 mile 320 quattroporte, the mint fogs/OBC kit/Blaupunkt Bremen/ and working HLWW kit were a true joy to behold and remove BUT it was the mint unused spare bottletop with a virginal uniroyal 340 that got me really moist ! :D
