It will fit but you need to take all that gas shock absorber garbage out of the front end behind the diving boards... Then you must get some face lift bumper mounts and thats all to it...
You might find the rear end a little bit harder however.. The back panels are a little different in the US cars, the mounting holes are different.. You need to plug up the existing holes and drill new holes to locate the bumper..

The pelican parts link top left corner pic shows part # 11 well this is the same part # 11 here or realoem. http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do ... g=51&fg=15
To me that realoem pic seams to be for a diving board bumper as you can see the shock absorbers in the pic.... US cars are the only ones to have these shocks...
Im still looking for you

In this link it is part # 14 but that is for prefacelift cars which your car is but you want facelift mounts which I think are different.

But looking at the bumper bar link you posted originally I cant see any mounting holes in the front of the bar!! You might want to contact the vendor and ask them how you fit it to the car.

Mike the kit as posted is not a tech 2 kit, but rather a tech 2 look a like that is designed to fit over the face lift bumpers, if youn look closely it is a one piece part that fits over the existing bumper as opposed to a tech bumper and lower valance. So he must not only fit the facelift bumper mounts, but he must also fit the facelift bumper and lower valance.
most of how to do this is covered in this site, you do not have the same bumpers the srticle starts with but with the exception of your gas shock bumper mounts it is basically the same.

i personally like the look of tucked US bumpers, but those fog lights ouy guy have atre terrible!!
you can tuck yours for free to see hoe they look before you remove them. if you look under the bumper you will see two shock absorbers holding the bumper on 9these are to cmply with US 5mph crash regulations) take a drill and drill a hole in these shocks (they are only plastic, but full of oil possinbly under pressure so be careful!!).
then put a cloth over the bumper (so you dont sctach it) and drive upto and slowly into a wall, this wil push the bumpers back into their inner position, and the lack of oil in the shocks will not push them back out - hey presto tucked bumpers for free!!

or even " wear some goggles too"
Nah sod safety, sit underneath the car and shoot the feckers out with a Smith and Wesson .357 Magnum - this should not matter if it is plastic or otherwise
..............waits for correction of spelling mistakes
