I have had a few e30' but i have never come across one of these? what is it? some sort of serios sump guard with built in anit roll?

looks meaty though and i havent come across one before. why does it have the massive bar attatched to it that connects to the chassis rails? ARB Style

think its just what bolts it in place, quite rare and desirable

yep thats a sump guard i reckon you should take it off as it will save weight and make your car faster and i'll take it off your hands save it taking up space in the garage

BMW list it as a wind deflecter,there was one on e bay the other day for about twenty quid or so

ahh i thought they might be scarce. what are they worth?.. i dont really see any use for it as my car isnt lowered at all and i dont do track days or anything. but if its not worth much i may as well just leave it there. not worth the time/hassle of removing it

These were often fitted to south african market cars. I have never seen one factory fitted on a UK car. Providing your car has proper suspension, not really neccessary.
