im on 8mb internet as well and i have a 2Ghz server thats always up and running 24/7 in the cupboard under my stairs with a few gig left out of the 1TB it has on it... does anyone know how i can configure a download link to come from my server, then i could host it from here??

I think with DivX it could be made a little bit smaller? The episodes of Top Gear that I watch are about 59mins and they are about 350mb. They seem to be reasonably good quality. It is 512x288, 25fps, 100kbs. Audio is MP3 @ 123kbs.

350mb and a torrent would be good.

i think i wil wait til later to download... im on broadband.. (512kbps) but download speed of that page is only 62k! all the zoners have come out of hiding and clicked the link i think

62kB is very good for 512kb ADSL. 512kb = 512 kilobits. 8 bits to a byte. Technically you shouldn't be getting much more than 50kB/sec.

That's cool, quite the claim to fame, not many have had a prime time show made on their car.

That link I posted above is to the 325 Touring that must be yours, crappy quality and foreign subtitles, but audio is in English.

We should get things like this on Torrents so they're always there for people who're interested.
